I'm a Registered Dietitian based in Austin, TX who supports folks virtually here, and beyond! I founded Mavrakis Nutrition with the mission of making affirming, high quality nutrition care accessible.

In addition to supporting folks in overcoming disordered eating and eating disorders, my passions include the intersection of chronic disease care during recovery [including PCOS, diabetes, high blood pressure/cholesterol], nutrition counseling across the lifespan, and empowering folks to make peaceful relationships with food.

As a bicultural Latina/Arab-American dietitian, I provide nutritional counseling from a weight inclusive approach, and aim to provide support to food and body image concerns across diverse cultures and identities.
