I am a registered dietitian whose practice focuses on treating eating disorders in adults and adolescents. I practice from a compassionate, non-stigmatizing and weight-inclusive approach to address your health concerns.

I graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Sciences in Dietetics, and I interned at the Douglas Institute of mental health. Since then, I have worked with the eating disorder population in an outpatient setting. In addition to the work I do in eating disorders, I have a growing interest in nutrition for women where I address hormone-related concerns such as PCOS, infertility struggles and menopause.

I have a private practice in Montreal and in Sherbrooke where I welcome clients in person or virtually.
