My name is Brianna and I am a registered dietitian based in Connecticut.

I was lucky to find my specialty so early in my career as an eating disorder dietitian. I am passionate about helping this population find peace and joy in food, their bodies, physical activity, and even their culture.

As a black dietitian, I have a special focus on black folks who struggle with their relationships with food and body as we have not always had resources out there for us. I foster a relationship with my clients where sessions are individualized, client-led, and compassionate.

Kailey Cunningham, MS, RDN, LD

Hi! I’m Kailey, a non-diet, weight inclusive dietitian and LGBTQ+ affirming provider. I’m the owner of KC Nutrition Counseling where I offer counseling for folks experiencing eating disorders, body image challenges, food aversions and health anxieties. Additionally, I provide HAES consultation for dietitians and other clinicians.

My primary motivation lies in supporting others on their journey to a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. I operate from an intuitive eating, HAES informed approach and am a strong proponent of body liberation and body autonomy.

I believe compassion is at the core of healing and refer to sessions and clinical consultations as ‘judgment free zones’ in hopes of creating a safe environment to practice and grow a non-judgmental stance. Because each individual’s relationship with food and their bodies is so complex and unique, I do not believe in any ‘one size fits all’ approaches. Instead, I prefer a spirit of curiosity, experimentation and exploration. I strive to approach my work with clients as a partnership where together we can discover authentic preferences, cultivate a stronger connection with overall intuition, and define what wellness feels like to them.

I began supporting people with eating disorders and their loved ones in 2015. In this time I have not only gotten to focus on outpatient counseling, I have also gained higher level of care experience working with and for multiple treatment facilities. Most recently, I left an executive position as the national director of nutrition services at an eating disorder and perinatal mood & anxiety disorder treatment facility to return to work that feels more in alignment with my values. I am honored to have worked with everyone I have thus far and look forward to opportunities to partner with more clients and clinicians moving forward!"

Quinn started working in the eating disorder field 3 years ago as a registered dietitian at BALANCE eating disorder treatment center, where she worked at the PHP, IOP, and outpatient level, before transitioning to her role as Outpatient Services Supervisor. They now work full-time at their own private practice, Practice Eros Nutrition, primarily focusing on working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent folx after seeing a need for more affirming treatment spaces run by clinicians with lived experience. Quinn is passionate about breaking out of the cookie cutter ED treatment model and bringing social justice into ED recovery.
