Alexis Silver is a Registered Dietitian in Toronto who received her Master of Public Health at the University of Toronto, Dalla Lana School of Public Health. During her Masters, Alexis interned at the University Health Network where she spent time working with clients in the inpatient Eating Disorders Program at Toronto General Hospital. Prior to this, Alexis completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University. 

Alexis has worked as part of an interdisciplinary team at Lakeridge Health Oshawa outpatient Eating Disorders Program and privately at a midtown psychology clinic. Alexis has provided both individual nutrition counselling to adults and adolescents over the age of 12+ struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, intuitive eating, and overall healthy lifestyle eating. Alexis also completed her step 1 Family Based Therapy support for Anorexia Nervosa through OCOPED. 

Alexis works hard to develop a therapeutic relationship with all of her clients, and is mindful of their lived experiences that undoubtedly play a role in their nutrition care plan. 

Currently, Alexis is accepting NEW clients over the age of 16 who are looking for eating disorder support.
